What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
- Mailing list: your email address and, if you provide them, your first name and role.
- Spotlight nominations: your name and email, and the details you provide about the person you nominate.
- Career submissions: the contact and position details you provide on behalf of your organization.
- Contact and partnership messages: your name, email, organization and message.
This site does not run advertising trackers or analytics of its own. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and operation, and may add its own performance-measurement script to pages it serves.
How we use it
- To respond to you and to review what you submit.
- To send the mailing list to those who asked to receive it.
- To contact a nominee about a Spotlight nomination. We publish nothing about a nominee without their explicit consent.
- To verify a career opportunity with the submitting organization.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the site and mailing list, and where the law requires it.
Mailing-list emails are sent only to those who opted in. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you may also ask us to remove you at any time.
Spotlight profiles
A published profile may be updated or removed at the request of the person profiled. Contact us to make that request.
Retention
We keep submissions only as long as needed for the purpose they were sent for, and delete them on request where we are able to.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@theassociatepastor.com.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
